ISABELLA GRAPE SORBET
A plant of the Vitacee family (Vitis labrusca) it is the oldest American species introduced into Europe for its fruit. Its skin is thicker than that of dessert grapes, it is smaller in size and slightly tart.
While not having the excellence of the Antofagasta grape, many admirers cannot wait for the autumn and the production of this original sorbet, which has a strong smell of strawberry. Thanks to its characteristic flavour, intense fragrance and high glucose content, the Isabella grape sorbet is one of our favourite flavours as the summer draws to a close.

This sorbet is ideal in combination with "crema" ice-cream.
