STRAWBERRY SORBET
There are a great many varieties on the market, of many different sizes. For our sorbet we use only wild strawberries, which are very small and extremely scented. Unfortunately they are not always available, and thus never sufficient, in view of the demand from our enthusiastic customers.
Strawberries are rich in vitamins B1, C, B2 and minerals K, P, Ca, Na and Fe. If allergic reactions are possible it is always a good idea to check on subjective compatibility!
Our sorbet wholly exploits the fruit's organoleptic properties, proving rich, fragrant and even lavish if it is decorated with a blob of unsugared whipped cream.

Delicious with "crema", armagnac, zabaione or Passito di Pantelleria ice-cream flavours.
