A microwave oven can be used to make it easier to raise the temperature: just 30 to 60 seconds of defrosting is needed to obtain the right degree of creaminess.

The format too is important for quality: customers buying our 500cc packs (three or four portions) can easily take out one portion at a time, putting the remainder back in the freezer before it softens.



Proceed by removing from the polystyrene wrapper the very light plastic foodstuff container inside; turn the ice-cream out onto a dish and cut the portion, together with the plastic, with a sharp knife; put the remainder straight back into the polystyrene box and return the box to the freezer.

After removing from the plastic covering, the portion to be consumed may if necessary be placed in the microwave for a few seconds.
