Our gourmet sorbets are processed when the best seasonal fruit attains the right degree of ripeness, to be enjoyed as a single flavour or combined with ice cream or even topped with a suggestion of whipped cream.

The most important ingredients needed in order to make memorable meringues are time and passion. Meringues are cooked for a long time at low temperature in the oven, and their best combination is with creole dark chocolate, caramel or hazelnut Piemonte IGP.
