Since the early 90s Pasquale and Giuseppe Alongi and Paola Nesci follow the same philosophy every day: using excellent raw materials to give life to flavors, smells and tastes dedicated to real connoisseurs.

In the historic laboratory, the San Crispino team is always looking for new balances. He discovers new combinations and revisits old recipes, adapting them to modern tastes and grasping the lesson that sometimes passes for today forgotten ingredients.

How we work our Product

For the San Crispino ice cream we use the most advanced production techniques, but only up to where the machine has to give way to the dexterity and creativity of the ice cream maker, to achieve the best result.

This is how the San Crispino gourmet gelato was born, which stands out for the refinement and quality of the ingredients, without the use of artificial preservatives, chemical emulsifiers and prepared or frozen foods.

The harmony of the flavor and smell of our ice cream is particularly appreciated by refined connoisseurs, who demand high quality made in Italy.
